Hashmatullah Azizi is an Afghan student, educator, and aspiring software engineer who believes that education has the power to transform lives and create opportunities where none seem to exist.
Born and raised in Afghanistan, Hashmatullah graduated from high school in 2022 and successfully passed the National University Entrance Exam (Kankor), earning admission to Kabul University in the field of Public Relations. Driven by a passion for innovation and technology, he later pursued a new path in computer science and was awarded a fully funded scholarship in 2024 to study Computer Systems and Software at the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) in Kazakhstan.
Throughout his journey, Hashmatullah has remained committed to serving his community. Before continuing his studies abroad, he worked as an English tutor, helping young learners build confidence and develop skills that could shape their futures. He also volunteered with the Tanweer Foundation, where he supported educational initiatives and encouraged students to believe in their own potential.
Beyond the classroom, Hashmatullah has contributed to technology projects such as Book House and SweetSaver, combining his growing technical expertise with a desire to create practical digital solutions that benefit others.
His journey has not always been easy, but every challenge has strengthened his determination. From studying in Afghanistan to earning an international scholarship, he has learned that perseverance, continuous learning, and a commitment to helping others can open doors to extraordinary opportunities.
Today, Hashmatullah continues to pursue excellence in software engineering while dedicating his time to mentoring students and supporting educational initiatives. His mission is to inspire young people—especially those facing difficult circumstances—to believe in their dreams, embrace lifelong learning, and recognize that with dedication, resilience, and hard work, no goal is beyond reach.
